I may be all about the cute little creatures, but DAMN THAT LOOKS GOOD!
So there I was, salivating like a fanboy at ComicCon. I could look all day and never get tired of it. Unfortunately, I just couldn't touch.
Then I stumbled across this. I think that I am going to throw a party this summer that is all mac and cheese. I mean, some of these look absolutely spectacular!
So, if you are in Portland this summer, stop by for some calories and carbs! Diets be damned. We have all winter to lose weight, right?

Having lives a year in Korea, I am a *HUGE* fan of their food. I'm lucky enough to live near a large city where finding authentic, wonderful Korean food is relatively easy!
I'll pass on the mac & cheese (not my comfort food of choice) but I'll challenge you to a Korean Taco eating contest!
Oh, I bet you could 'veg up' the tacos, still retaining the Korean flavor of the dish. However, since I'm not a big taco or Korean food fan.......
